How to tag water access ladders?

What’s the correct way to tag a ladder like this one to enter the sea? They look like the ones in pools.

In case that there is no tag for this kind of features, how could I request the creation of a new tag for this? It is important for accessibility.

Looks like a highway=ladder to me. Ladders are used for many different things, but climbing into or out from the sea seems like a normal usecase. Possibly there’s also some seamark-style tag, but that would come in addition.
