How to tag the "courtyard" of a residential block?

How would you tag the grassy space in the center of the block (OSM-way)?

The “yard” does not have it’s own parcel, but is owned collectively by the owners of the apartment buildings on the rim. The little sheds are for bicycles.

The areas between the hedges seem meant for each individual building, while the central grassy area seems meant for communal use. In Danish it’s called a “grøn baggård” which roughly means “green courtyard”. “Baggård” is the general danish term for the open area inside a residential block like this.

Currently, I’ve mapped the “courtyard” as leisure=park but I don’t like this tagging, since it’s not exactly a “public” space. Also it’s only some trees and picnic tables; not benches or waste baskets or other amenities. It’s not only open to residents, but it seems like it exists mostly for residents. I don’t think many non-residents go there. Perhaps it would be closed off if more non-residents went there.

I’ve been thinking of changing it to landuse=recreation_ground instead, because of the lack of “parkness” or maybe even landuse=greenery. Honestly, the most perfect tag would be landuse=village_green but it’s not in a village, and that tag is just a more specific type of park/recreation_ground in my opinion.

This is one of many such features in the area as can be seen by browsing here
