In my city there are some kiosks that sell Watermelons and melons.
In summer farmers take a kiosk from a metal structure and then cover it with a tarp. Its only in summer, I don’t know when they come and when they leave (I think it may be different every year)
How should I tag it
We have a lot of these here, ortofrutta along the road, tagged seasonal greengrocer. Very very few operate on the honour system… take the produce and leave the money. The linked wiki mentions " * shop=farm - A seasonal outlet for goods produced on a given farm." Often they sell out of a minivan in town.

seasonal Key:seasonal - OpenStreetMap Wiki
Can I set it to summer? When i set summerti as key the only value i see is “Yes” I want it to show that it is only in summer. Can I do that?
The wiki shows seasonal=summer as the acceptable article. You can even do seasonal=spring;summer, since some of these roadside stands are open for business from when the first strawberries come.
Oh I didnt saw it in recomanded and thought it didnt exist. Thanks

there is this documented but not very used tag: https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/shop=street_vendor#overview
more use as a key but fewer than 1000
I would not call this a kiosk, rather a tent.
Not forgetting street_vendor=yes
which has around 650 uses, and allows the type of good sold to be one of the common shop categories (& also works with fast_food
and other items under the amenity
key).
