How should I tag these sorts of signs:
Often the historical signs have two different titles on each side.

The first, I would tag as
tourism=information
information=board
board_type=nature
board:title=Vernal Pools (though others would use name=Vernal Pools and I don’t have a really strong preference)
subject:wikidata=Q1103796
The second, my first thought is to call it
historic=memorial
memorial=plaque
And maybe some of the other suggested tags in the wiki for it.
But I suppose someone else might call it
tourism=information
information=board
board_type=history
