How to tag concrete angle block barrier?

How do you tag these blocks on the edge of a road avoiding cars/trucks to ‘cut off’ the turn?

I wrote a diary post about a different type of deterrent structure, “deterrent paving”, and I don’t think I advocated a tag, but I suspect there is some common ground.

Those certainly would make F1 races bit more lively as circuit dressing :stuck_out_tongue:. Thought of curb stones but then when looking those up one gets just the regular curbs of a sidewalk.
