Your photo shows a traffic signal with a bike. Is it also for bicycles ? Are you the author of this photo ? Can we use it on the wiki as an example ?
If the lane is shared with bikes, I would tag it as a “highway=cycleway” + “bicycle=yes” + “motorbike=yes” (or “designated” instead of “yes”) + “segregated=no”. But this can be discussed on the tagging mailing list tagging@openstreetmap.org
