A fellow mapper added this Way: Pista de lazo de Quebrada de Vuelta (1095766119) | OpenStreetMap, and I suspect that the name does not match with the tagging. I wish to help, but I don’t know how.
“Pisa de Lazo”, is, IIUC, a rodeo court where the competition consists in capturing a untamed horse with a lazo.

I think it’s more a pitch/sport centre/stadium than a track. Also, I think the correct tagging is sport=rodeo (see taginfo)
