How to tag a drive-through coffee stand?

Is there a specific way of tagging coffee stands? In particular, the very small ones about the size of a small shed with drive-through only service and no seating, common throughout the US.

I can tag it as ammenity=cafe, building=commercialretail, cuisine=coffee_shop, but this to me implies a place to sit down.

Adding takeaway=only should do it, i’d think?

For building= you’d want retail, not commercial.
