How to search for specific tags?

Hey, I found out about tags like diet:vegan=only and would like to search for it.

OSMAnd (which is the main way I use OSM) is pretty restricted here and only shows POIs that generally have the diet:vegan tag, likely with anything positive.

The website search (nominatim?) also didnt yield results. Sorry if this is a rtfm question

If you search for diet:vegan on https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/, you get an overview of the complete data in OpenStreetMap.

Limiting your search to diet:vegan=only brings you to https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/diet%3Avegan=only.
If you now click on ‘Overpass Turbo’ on the top right, you’ll be forwarded to Overpass Turbo, prefilled with your desired search: https://overpass-turbo.eu/?key=diet%3Avegan&value=only&template=key-value.

From there you can change the map view to where you want to search for the selected tag and press the ‘Run’ button on the top left.
This results (in the case of my hometown) to two bakeries and two restaurants that serve only vegan food.
