how to save a map
Could you be more specific, because this question is too general and I don’t know what to answer:
- What is the URL you want to save?
- What area do you mean (city, country, continent, the whole planet…)?
- What format do you need?
- What do you want to do with that map?
You are going to need to provide more information, although my initial guess is that you are in the wrong place.
My guess is that you were trying to use germin.openstreetmap.nl, in which case you need this forum (although I would assume that this something you should be able to do from the documentation): https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=2625
If that’s not what you are trying to do, please identify what you by the map, which tool you are using to access said map, and if you are trying to access it from a web site, which web site. An indication of what you are trying to do with the saved map may also help us understand your problem.
