How to rename 'OSM World Routable' in Garmin RoadTrip? (Apple MAC)

Hi,
how can I rename a map so it displays as other than ‘OSM World Routable’ in Garmin Roadtrip? This way I could use multiple OSM maps. for example tiles from different regions. Oh…Garmin Roadtrip is Apple Mac. I have tried everything and hit a wall with this one.
