In Switzerland we have some regions with restrictions to protect the wild life.
These restrictions usually impact hiking:
Forbidden to hike outside of the official paths during a specific time of the year.
Snow sport activities are forbidden outside of the official paths.
I’m wondering if it is possible to map this on OSM and what would be the appropriate way to do so.
Does anyone has more information and know if it allowed allowed to map this information from the Bundesamt für Umwelt on OSM?
Details (DE / FR) on this page:

I haven’t found any actual terms of use yet, but they are sure to be somewhere. Once we have those, we can look at the details.

The main motivation for asking is that I’ve noticed that many hikers (myself included) don’t always think about checking on Swisstopo if they are allowed to hike on a specific path.
Looking forward to which solution could be used here
Well it’s the same issue with the military training areas that I’ve been trying to get permission to use for three years or so.
PS: I’m going to start looking for some pro bono legal support for suing the VBS for that case.
