How to map tactile paving in center Prague

Street Complete gives lots of questions on tactile paving, and I am not sure how to answer them on the tactile paving in central Prague. While there is technically tactile paving, it is not too different from the paving around it, refer to the image:

The “tactile paving” is rougher than the surrounding areas than walking on it, but not as much as with proper tactile paving. How should this be mapped?

And let them decide on a forum what the right tagging scheme is goiing to be. But try to stay international as well.
