How to map "no_u_turn" in iD, dual carriageway, no clear link?

While navigating with OsmAnd I got routed on “Arhitect Petre Antonescu” street going east, then returning on the other side westward.

See here: OsmAnd Map

So I tried to look on OpenStreetMap, in the iD editor and got confused, even after reading the wiki here Tag:restriction=no_u_turn - OpenStreetMap Wiki .

How do I map a no_u_turn here? The actual roadsign is where I put the pin on the map above.

There is no clear intersection, the connecting way seems to be differently named, and I am not sure if I should put the relation as “via” here and that is all, or I should include the from road (how?), or different.

Thank you.

A turn restriction should always have a “from” way, a “to” way and one or more “via” members. In this case I would put Way: ‪Strada Arhitect Petre Antonescu‬ (‪534813769‬) | OpenStreetMap as the “from”, Way: ‪Strada Tudor Vladimirescu‬ (‪219666540‬) | OpenStreetMap as the “via”, and Way: ‪Strada Arhitect Petre Antonescu‬ (‪219666633‬) | OpenStreetMap as the “to”.
