Agreed. Having a foot or hand or something for scale would help; as it is it seems to me that this gaps might be about 10-20mm wide? Or maybe those are very small stone blocks. It’s hard to tell without reference.
So I said bad, although it conceivably it might be intermediate if I overestimated gap size / depth, and the gaps are narrower.
Note that this gaps are below level of paving blocks.
