how to label a pedastrian street that is open for car in few hours?

when trying to improve the behaviour of the navigation i find that it is not the option to say when the street is open to car.
the street I’m talking about is a a pedestrian street that is open only for upload and download use and also during 4 hour every days for general purpose. I know is tricky but maybe there a way to show that subtle detail.
