I guess this is the tag you are looking for:
Overpass returns 0 results tho:
[out:json][timeout:25];
{{geocodeArea:Berlin}}->.searchArea;
nwr["vending"~"sex_toys"](area.searchArea);
out geom;
There are only 58 elements worldwide (of which 36 in Germany).
My best guess about those in Germany: small masturbator toys sold through machines next to the sink in a restroom. Wouldn’t expect too much from those. YMMV

And at least one of them is missing a primary tag and could, based on the name be a shop=erotic as wel.
