How to export to PDF, mark locations with GPS for OSM or Google dir-Xs

Hi Folks,

Been trying to generate an accurate PDF from map data. The end user would
be able to click on links for each building and then either OSM directions or
Google directions would pop up on their phone and guide them to that
building.

Have tried lots of things, like importing OSM data into QGIS, then trying
to export; trying to export from https://OpenStreetMap.org like this:

To me, this seems like something that would be useful in a lot of
situations. Any ideas on how to get this done easily and simply?
