How to draw the “raised islands” or “splitter islands”?
Is there any tag for them?
I once added one of these. At the time I couldn’t find anything on the OSM wiki so I used highway=traffic_island but apparently, and this does make more sense, the official tag is now highway=crossing, crossing=island.
