How to download OSM data from past?

Dear All,

I’m interested to download OSM data of different time series (starting from 2008 to now). I need this data to perform change detection and visualization purposes. I checked the websites that provide up-to-date OSM data but could not find a way to download archive. Does anybody has solution for this? Thank you in advance for your help.
