How to add parking restriction (limited duration)?

In Germany it’s quite common to limit the duration that one can park a car at a public parking spot. For instance, the pertinent sign might says something like (1 h, Mo-Fr 8:00-18:00, Sa 8:00-13:00).
Is there a tag that I can use together with amenity=parking to add this restriction?
