How should I tag a natural harbour?

What I’m talking about is an area of bare rock which is suitable (and recommended) for mooring boats. There are maybe five rings mounted in the rock meant for attaching mooring lines and an information board with a map of the island, but that’s all the facilities. It’s recommended to sailors as a natural harbour (on an island where most of the coastline is littered with small private docks) and at times there can be over a dozen boats there.

It doesn’t feel right to just tag it as a harbour, as that kinda implies the presence of some kind of dock.

Perhaps:

natural=bay
name=*
wikidata=*
wikimedia_commons=*
wikipedia=*

Then the individual moorings can be marked mooring=yes.

From my understanding @Foxter is speaking about something similar to bollards, not the berthing area.
