How many days to update the location on facebook or instagram
I don’t know for certain for long they take to update their end, it may vary per region, but I’ve seen the maps in FB’s groups pages getting updated after few months a change occurred in OSM.
Neither social network uses POIs from OSM. With other words a very large number of days.

Facebook (and their other products like Instagram) use OSM data for background maps, but their “places” data is their own**.
If you want to change something there, you will need to contact Facebook. As it’s nothing to do with OSM, we can’t influence how long that will take.
** slightly more complicated since they’re part of Overture Maps - their non-OSM POI data of varying accuracy is combined with other similar non-OSM data, and OSM data, from there.
