Anyone information about how long the message 'Sorry, due to server problems only country maps are currently available. You may need to refresh the browser cache first (CTRL-F5)'wil last or is it permanent? Country maps have a queue for a year? Hope to hear?

Presumably you are referring to http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/ ? If so, I would ignore anything that you see there - the site is dead. Instead, please use somewhere from https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Map_On_Garmin/Download (as suggested on many of the 126 pages of the https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=2625&p=126 thread) instead.
