How long is the delay to receive your map link?

I’m new to OpenStreetMap. I tried to generate a map of Mongolia to download and I got a message saying I’m #168395 in the queue and it will take approximately 702 days to receive the download link. Is this normal? Do most users wait years to receive a download?

Are you talking about http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl ?
See https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=2625 that service is no longer maintained, better search for something else.
