Well, it seems that noone so far did it.
And Humanitarian style is even officially not maintained and waiting for adoption, if anyone is interested (see Where is the "Humanitarian" map style issue tracker? -- Repository github.com/hotosm/HDM-CartoCSS mentioned in OSM wiki has been archived - #4 by cquest ).
Turns out that it takes some effort, time - and includes also time to learn enough to do it. More than anyone was willing to invest - at least so far.
