Perhaps someone ought to document it somewhere? 
I’ve updated the pinned items at the top of https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/about-the-help-and-support-category/41 and https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/about-the-tagging-help-support-category/4693 to allow people to easily contact the moderators of those categories if necessary. Perhaps it’d be a good idea to do the same globally?
