I’m looking at the legend, and I don’t know what some of the things mean… Some of them are self explanatory, but I’m wondering if I’m missing a definition page or something.
On what page are you seeing this legend? If it is on openstreetmap.org, which layer are you looking at? (Different layers have different legends, some don’t have legends at all.)

“Cycle Map”
Scroll to the bottom of the legend and you will see a link “See external map legend”. There is a bit more information there.
Also in the Layers selection you can click on the little ⓘ at the top right corner of each layer to get more information about that layer (they all go to various pages in the OSM wiki).

Thanks; I hadn’t seen those links.
They give some more information about the layer.
I don’t know what i was originally asking, because I wrote “Cycle Streets” in quotes…I don’t see that anywhere… Anywho thanks for your patience and help. I think the bicycle layer makes sense to me now.

Possibly you meant “CyclOSM”, which is the other bike focused tile layer. The legend of that one does have “Cycle Streets”: CyclOSM - Legend
It has two similar blue highlights, one for “Cycle Streets” and the other for “Local bike route”. From my experience with bicycle information in OSM, I’m guessing that “Cycle Streets” refers to a legal concept of “bicycle road” or “cycle street” (which AFAIK we don’t really have in Canada), and “Local bike route” refers to what are in OSM called “local cycling network” (lcn) - more common in Canada: routes that are signed or designated as bike routes by the municipality (which may or may not have bike lanes or other infrastructure).
