How do I put images in a forum post?

Hi all

New here and trying to put an image in a forum post.

I’ve found the image tags (img /img) but can’t find an upload option.

Can anyone tell me what I’m missing? I had a look for a Help section but couldn’t see one (maybe being blind on that one too…)

You have to upload your images elsewhere.

Try http://imgur.com/upload .

For big images (like wider than this column in which posts are displayed), I wouldn’t insert them as img, but as links - as this forum doesn’t generate scaled-down thumbnails.

There is also Owncloud (what i use) , if you have ‘your own’ server space somewhere. :wink:
