How do I format strange opening hours?

I am looking to add the opening hours to a business with the following hours:

Saturday, 9 AM–1 PM

Sunday, Closed

Monday, 10 AM–8:30 PM

Tuesday, 10 AM–8:30 PM

Wednesday, 10 AM–8:30 PM

Thursday, 10 AM–8:30 PM

I am using iD editor. How would I tag hours without the uniformity of other hour tags? Forgive me if this is considered common knowledge, I am fairly new to mapping :3
