how can i download osm map ?

my you help me how can i download map same as : https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=7/32.106/-4.944&layers=C
i download *.osm in geofabrik but it was like shp file i need some data same as top link

I assume you want a map that is rendered like the cycle map layer with the contours at openstreetmap.org map. If so, you need to follow the link at the bottom right of the map to ‘Andy Allen’ which will lead you to his Thunderforest web page. He is the developer of the style and can supply in that specific style.
