Mmmh, in my app it has been like this for quite a while (more than a year if I remember correctly). If you press “Load changes” it swipes automatically.
It’s actually quite useful, a glance at this screen saves us from reversing later. I have been in the case of having moved something without realizing it.
That is quite confusing why it has not worked that way on my phone.
Well, let’s blame it on broken Xiaomi phone again
Though I liked it while it lasted
I make various kind of mistakes in my editing but I do not remember one that I made within last months and would be caught by such listing (and I recently uploaded multiple edits where changeset comment was wrong due to muscle memory)
Well, it seems that I need to get used to it if there is no obvious way to change it
OT\ This OP gave me the last push to try it out on the tablet and first impressions are positive for editing on the road and next to the TV dinner. Like the ‘off-lline’ concept of fetching data as with JOSM and the way presets work, albeit when doing a vineyard and getting a glass+icecone icon did take me aback and not seeing the crop=grape tag listed, but for that there’s the option to see the tag details. Vertical take off curve slightly flattened.
Since only 10CS into using V, that’s how it started working for me…. Upload opens in listing the changes, then select properties to update the comment which defaults to the one of the previous edit set.
Somewhere along the way got asked to get something from JOSM, ah yes their presets, momentarily thinking their validation rules. Not encountered Vespucci asking for validation, so upfront glossing over the changes list is not bad.
Most validations run immediately when you edit something (and to a certain point some operations are not allowed in the first place for example deleting nodes outside of the downloaded areas). There are two that are run on an attempted upload, relation loop detection and missing relation roles.
Elements with issues are highlighted and sorted to the top of the display.
