DWG received a report from a home owner that we had three house numbers incorrect. He reported Your map has the house numbers of 40,40A,40B Templeton place labelled the wrong way. 40B Templeton place should be the property at the end of the driveway which I own and live in. 40 Templeton should be the first property on the driveway. 40A Templeton place is okay as it’s in the middle.
I will suggest to the reporter that they can easily change the house numbers themself, but if someone could look at this I would appreciate it very much. The person who added the addresses has not contributed in the last 6 years.
Those address points came from the original LINZ address import, and LINZ still records 40B near the street, 40 furthest from the street.
BTW the original editor was an import-specific user, so no surprise they haven’t contributed since, their usual id is “ralley”
I guess we consider the report to DWG as “on the ground” correct, but the originator should contact Auckland council to get this rectified in their data.
