I’ve done plenty of hiking in HK using OSM in my phone (Locus Map app). Hong Kong is brilliantly mapped, especially the trails which are of interest to me, so obviously people are also using OSM in the sense of adding the trails they’ve walked, not to mention all the usual city detail.
The OSM map of Hong Kong, especially in topographic form, is a thing of beauty.
