Hire someone for short project to install OSM and OSRM

Hello, I have a small start-up and need to hire someone with OSM experience for a quick project. We have server space on AWS and need someone to!:

  1. Apply an updated stylesheet to an already-running tile server of African OSM data.

  2. Create a cronjob to keep data up to date.

  3. Install instance of OSRM and work with me to create URL so I can access from our app. We have 64G of RAM, and would really like to find a way to get both the OSM and OSRM to fit within, even if that means reinstalling the OSM and trying other things, if needed.

Understand that there are lots of tutorials out there, but we ran into a personnel challenge and I am really hoping to get this done as fast as possible, w/o me having to go in and teach myself how to do it (I am focusing on the app side).
