Highway with split in the middle

I’m having some difficulty finding a good answer on the wiki for a highway with a split in the middle. There is a road that is split with cobblestones in the middle, so you can go over it and I don’t think a road like that should be two one-way streets, which is the case in my area, by a mapper before me (probably mapped by an areal map).

A little further up it’s actually split by a curb, so you can’t go over it, here’s another sample of that

However, it’s not two one-way streets imho. Can’t we map this in another way?

This is clear that should be mapped as two one way streets.

I wasn’t sure about your first example, but reading https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Highways#Carriageways and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carriageway my understanding is that it is a dual carriageway road, so it should also be mapped as two one way streets.
