As a non-Brit, how does declassifying a way from being PROW affect its access and physicality?
Depending on the circumstances, this could be better solved with access or lifecycle tagging (alongside keeping in the note if maybe in a different formulation to not duplicate tagging) especially if the way is otherwise still physically existent.
