Highway Classification draft for Maine

I’ve put together an initial draft of Maine Highway Classification guidelines to implement the United States/2021 Highway Classification Guidance in Maine. While I’ve visited Maine numerous times, I’m not local to Maine and invite feedback from folks more local to the state. I’m hoping that this initial draft can give the local community something to react to and improve without having to start from scratch.The particular next steps are:

  1. Validate the list of most significant communities that should be connected by the motorway+trunk network. What is missing from the list? What shouldn’t be on it?
  2. Identify the best routes between those communities not already connected by motorways.
