I need help uploading a few .gpx files onto OSM, I keep getting error codes.

I used OnX and Gaia to create an updated trail map for the ski resort that I patrol at, as the trail names that appeared on those applications were inaccurate. Then I organized the files and attempted to upload them in a batch to OSM, at which point I was emailed this message:
Below is a chunk of the .gpx file. Perhaps Gaia is not formating it properly and that is preventing OSM from uploading it.

That’s a route, not a track. It has <rtept> ... </rtept> in it. If you download one of mine you’ll see what’s actually needed in there: <trk> ... <trkpt> ... </trkpt> .. </trk>.
