Help Troubleshooting Incorrect Turn Restriction

We are trying to troubleshoot an incorrect turn restriction in OSM. (47.61406618597078, -122.3142591083368)

A vehicle should be able to turn right onto 14th Avenue from East Pike Street and then turn left onto East Madison Street. However, when trying to route through that intersection, it will not allow that left turn from 14th Avenue to East Madison Street.

We are trying to determine what restrictions or tags/designations need to be changed but cannot figure it out.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

GraphHopper and Valhalla routing is OK here.

Maybe something has changed at the intersection and OSRM did not update yet?

According to OSRM, you cannot turn left from 14th Avenue onto East Madison Street
