House number 4719 is written twice on the map. Can one be removed?

There are 3 similar nodes at this address:

Which one is correct?

The house number was not twice but 4 times on the map:

I did combine the three nodes into one, the fourth is one the building. Only thing I am not sure about are the opening hours, all 3 were different, I did chose the highlighted one:

Why still is not showing the name on the map, like for example the other business on the left of the same street (The Cafe): Node: ‪Coffee Beer‬ (‪3728952318‬) | OpenStreetMap ?
