Would it be a godd idea to migrate unambiguous cases of health_specialty:* into healthcare:speciality=*?
For example, amenity=doctors with health_specialty:dermatology=yes and no other tags from health_specialty/healthcare:speciality family - would it be fine to replace it (without survey) with healthcare:speciality=dermatology?

I would support that idea.
According Search results | OpenStreetMap Taginfo the usage is low. Do I get it right that this kind of tagging originates from a JOSM user preset (health_specialty:dentistry | Keys | OpenStreetMap Taginfo)?
