Gulf of America - Gulf of Mexico

I think we should do:

  • official_name:en-US=Gulf of America once the board pushed it
  • name:en=Gulf of Mexico because that’s the most used name (and most accepted name) currently in the english language

I’m not sure about doing name:en-US (like @GA_Kevin suggested) because this seems weird (don’t we already have official_name and name:en for this usecase? Maybe even alt_name:en-US, but name:en-US seems weird to me (tho I didn’t read the wiki about it)).
