Getting a country map & my tracked routes onto lap top map?

Hi
i have been using OSM on my ipad to track my routes. But that is crashing a lot now.
is there a way to down load country maps AND MY TRACKED ROUTES onto my lap top now that I am home again?
Many thanks in advance for all help.

It may not be exactly what you want, but take a look at the GPS Visualizer website. It can plot your GPX files onto a base map with several choices of base maps including some OSM based. It can also show you the elevation/distance profiles, etc.

I use it to make maps and profiles for various hikes I have done. Then I use a screen capture to save the data.

thanks for your reply. But i really am looking to find a way to access the trips i have already recorded on OSM

OpenStreetMap itself hasn’t got a gps recording function, I’m pretty sure of that.
What app did you use? Was it OsmAnd, see https://osmand.net/ ?

You’ve got to find out, in which folder your tracks were saved.

We need more information from you to be able to help you.

Hello
Yes you are correct. It is OSMand. I thought that was the same thing.
I have OSMand downloaded on my iPad and I use it for tracking my routes when I travel.
I will visit the weblink you suggested and see if that will work on my laptop.
Thank you.
