Get 403 forbidden while adding changeset from merkaartor

Hi!

I am getting “Error transferring https://www.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/changeset/create - server replied: Forbidden” while posting small changeset via Merkaartor.

I do not understand what is my problem, and I do not know how to properly debug this issue.

I tried to do it from two different internet providers: from mobile internet, and from my work.

Can somebody help me?

merkaartor did not switch to using OAuth 2, which became the only way to log in to the OSM API from July 1

Thank you for this app. Just a heads-up if you didn't know, that OSM is slowly d…eprecating HTTP Basic Auth and OAuth 1.0a in favor of OAuth 2 (see [announcement](https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/pnorman/diary/401157) and [tracking issue](https://github.com/openstreetmap/operations/issues/867)). Will try to contact merkaartor developers, may be we will be able to do something with it.
