My problem: I have the geo information (longitude, latitude) of wind farms and weather stations throughout Europe. Now I want to make an overview graph with a picture of Europe including all country borders to include in there the wind farms and weather stations. For that reason I would need the geo information of the country borders. The program I am working with is Matlab/Simulink, so the format of the data is not that important. Does anyone here know if it is possible to get these data with OSM and how I can get it?
