It seems like GameStop is being rebranded as EB Games in CA. And some point in the last month the website did flip the logo.
Once the shops start being rebranded we should thing about rebranding them all, also NSI can be updated.
There is a similar situation in IT happening now
FWIW, as of two weeks ago, my closest store was still signed GameStop with no sign of work on changing the name, but a couple of days later was already renamed in OSM.

OSM brand contributors creating their own realities again… And maybe someone can explain to me how it squares up with automated editing guidelines?
In fairness to @wolfy1339 , the rebranding announcement webpage which CjMalone linked to earlier at “www.gamestop.ca” is now redirected to ebgames.ca. If you go to https://www.gamestop.com/INTL/choose_site_ca.html you’ll be prompted to pick a link to either the American or Canadian site, and the Canadian links to gamestop.ca are redirected to ebgames.ca. In this respect they’re already d/b/a EB Games again, even if the storefronts haven’t been updated.
Likewise I was in Chinook Centre in Calgary last week, and the location there is still a GameStop. Frankly I have no idea if any of them have changed physical signage yet.
Still a GameStop in Dufferin Mall 
I only took notice of the change two weeks ago, but I still haven’t seen whether the local GameStop at Spruce Grove have flipped back to EB Games, so do the locations in Edmonton and area.
By the way, the Dufferin Mall store is still signed as GameStop, with the same signage today as in the photo I posted earlier. Even their receipts say GameStop.
Maybe they’ll get around to renaming themselves to match OSM by the end of next year?
I decided to rename it back to GameStop in Changeset: 176061342 | OpenStreetMap (keeping the brand tags and alt_name=EB Games) because frankly it is confusing to have a different name in OSM than what is signed for anyone not aware of the rebrand.
It looks like the outlet in West Edmonton Mall has completed its rebranding. Given the amount of work required - same shop in April - I wouldn’t expect any more to change until after the Christmas and Boxing day/week rush.
