G Local guides alternative in the OSM ecosystem

I would like to know if there is some alternative in the OSM ecosystem to Google Local Guides. I mean something open, for the community. A similar situation like Mapillary is the equivalent to Google Street View.

Isn’t every OSM mapper, more or less a “Local Guide”?

Reviews? There have been a few demos.

Don’t forget reviews can include location-based photos, not only food and other service closeups. So a dedicated street imagery service isn’t the only source.
