Forum section users:Bulgaria

Hello,
Can there be such a section? There are few users from Bulgaria, but currently we don’t have any common communication like forum or mail list. Skype is not good for project synchronisation and management.
It is good that this forum use the OSM account and there is no need to register a different one. Can we use it for our local chit-chat?
