These 2 categories are extremely important to hikers and bikers in Israel.
These layers, as vectorized areas, are present in http://beta.govmap.gov.il, so I assume they can be obtained from the IDF and RATAG, just like you got the forested areas from KKL.
There is very little reason why all the data from govmap.gov.il should not be made publicly available for download in vectorized form.
Sadly, KKL was rather an exception in its attitude towards sharing the info.
